Sprint 1, Week 6

I've learnt a lot about the 'Sprint' process.

Not least the fact that I haven't really achieved the desired goal.

And by 'not really' I mean 'not at all'. I'll be extending into Sprint 2 for this project.

I've learnt that calling something a 'Sprint' doesn't actually mean I'll be sprinting my way through it, and a time boundary is meaningless if it can be endlessly extended - so Sprint 2 on this project will be the last one.

I've given myself this final week in Sprint 1 to tally up all the work that needs to be done, the decisions that need to be made, areas that I consider a bit weak that need more focus, and I'll put them in a big list and crank through them.

Sprint 2 is about completion, not presentation; I want to get the content done and once it's ready, then I can consider how it is to be presented (I'm not going to go into that now, as it's only a distraction).

One more week. I'll round up my thoughts in next week's post.
